Time Reminders can help nudge employees to log time more diligently and submit their timesheets for approval on time. Recurring reminders can be set up by administrators to send automatically to everyone in your organization, to members of a specific group, or to a specific employee. Reminder settings are available in Settings > Reminders.
Below is a list of all reminder types that can be sent by Metric:
- Missing hours:This type allows you to remind employees to log their time if they have logged fewer hours than their capacity every day, week, or month.
- Timesheet submission:This type allows you to remind employees to submit their timesheets if they have not submitted them yet every week, or month.
- Timesheet review:This type allows you to remind managers to review the submitted timesheets if they have timesheets for review every week, or month.
