Metric.ai allows you to import deals from Pipedrive. Data is pulled from Pipedrive multiple times per day.

How to Connect

1. In Metric, select Settings from the left-side menu
2. Open the Integrations section
3. Click the +NEW INTEGRATION button
4. Select Pipedrive from the list of integrations
   
   
   
   
5. Enter Company Domain (the domain that you are using to login into Pipedrive, for example, https://metric.pipedrive.com) and API Key of the integration. You can obtain the API Key in Pipedrive at Company settings → Personal preferences → API
   
   
   
   
6. Save it
7. Run the Force Update

Configure Settings

1. Go to the Configure section
2. Enable/Disable Sync Deals Names setting
3. Define Stages to Create Deals
4. Define Stages to Open Deals
5. Define Stages to Close Deals
6. Save it

Sync Deals Names

The Enable Sync Deals Names setting changes names of deals in Metric mapped to deals in Pipedrive based on their names in Pipedrive.

Stages to Create Deals

The Stages to Create Deals setting creates deals in Metric for each deal with a selected stage in Pipedrive that has not yet been mapped to deals in Metric during the import.

If you have already created deals in Metric that correspond to deals in Pipedrive, then you will need first to clear this setting and manually set mapping for the deals in Metric.

Stages to Open/Close Deals

The Stages to Open Deals and Stages to Close Deals settings set statuses of deals in Metric based on their stages in Pipedrive.

• Stages to Open Deals setting moves deals to Active status in Metric
• Stages to Close Deals setting moves deals to Closed status in Metric

Set Mapping

Set a 1:1 mapping between deals in Pipedrive and deals Metric.ai:

1. Go to the Projects section.
2. Set the mapping.
3. Save.

Note: Deals that were created by the Stages to Create Deals setting are automatically mapped to deals in Pipedrive. You don't need to map them manually.

Import Data from Pipedrive

Periodicity

Metric runs a data import from Pipedrive every 4 hours.
You can manually run the import by clicking the Force Update button.

Imported Data

Metric imports the following data from Pipedrive for mapped deals:

• Name
• Deal Stage
• Deal Status (based on Stages to Open/Close Deals settings)
