Metric.ai allows you to import deals from HubSpot. Data is pulled from HubSpot multiple times per day.
How to Connect
- Sign in to HubSpot.
- Sign in to Metric.ai.
- In Metric, select INTEGRATIONS from the left-side menu.
- Click the +NEW INTEGRATION button.
- Select HubSpot from the list of integrations.

Sync Deals Names
The Enable Sync Deals Names
setting changes names of deals in Metric mapped to deals in HubSpot based on their names in HubSpot.
Stages to Create Deals
The Stages to Create Deals
setting creates deals in Metric for each deal with a selected stage in HubSpot that has not yet been mapped to deals in Metric during the import.
If you have already created deals in Metric that correspond to deals in HubSpot, then you will need first to clear this setting and manually set mapping for the deals in Metric.
Stages to Open/Close Deals
The Stages to Open Deals
and Stages to Close Deals
settings set statuses of deals in Metric based on their stages in HubSpot.
- Stages to Open Deals setting moves deals to Active status in Metric
- Stages to Close Deals setting moves deals to Closed status in Metric
Set Mapping
Set a 1:1 mapping between deals in HubSpot and leads Metric.ai:
- Go to the Projects section.
- Set the mapping.
- Save.
Note: Leads that were created by the Auto Create Leads
setting are automatically mapped to deals in HubSpot. You don't need to map them manually.
Import Data from HubSpot
Periodicity
Metric runs a data import from HubSpot every 4 hours.
You can manually run the import by clicking the Force Update button.
The import can take a couple of minutes, depending on the number of records being imported.Last Update
displays the date and time when the last import was finished. Refresh the page to see the updated data in Metric.
Imported Data
Metric imports following data from HubSpot for mapped leads:
- Name.
- Lead Stage (based on a Deal Stage from HubSpot).
- Lead Status.
