Features

  • New "Detailed (Employee, Date, Details)" Grouping Type on Invoices
    Now you can group time logs and expenses on invoices according to the new detailed type. The new type presents employee, date, and details for each time log and expense.

  • Mobile App Version for iOS & Android
    • Now you can attach PDF files to your expense forms as well as photos.
    • The new app version offers improved work experience for users in different time zones.
    • It also offers Improved logic for the tasks filter.

  • Resource Request
    Now you can create resource requests for a planning role.
    The request will be visible in the Project and Employee grouping and in the enabled Capacity option in the planning section.

  • Hours Total Option for Allocations
    You can now create an allocation by entering total hours, start date, and end date.
    The system will calculate how many hours per day it will require.

Other Improvements

  • Added option to disable import of invoices in harvest integration.
  • Now the Next Invoice Number decreases if you delete the last invoice.
  • You can define access for each metric type separately (revenue, costs, hours, and headcount).
