- Expenses Approval
Expenses can now be reviewed for approval or rejection.
Several Expenses or/and Timesheets can now also be reviewed together. - Fixed Fee Total Amount
Total Amount
andTotal Budget Hours
automatically update when fixed-fee values are entered and/or updated. Save the Billing doesn't need to be saved to see Totals.
Other Improvements
- Default access levels (Member, Manager, Admin) now have permissions to View and Edit Own Expenses.
- View Allocations and Expenses for closed tasks/projects.
- The Planning section now includes Time-Off.
This allows managers to see if their team member has time-off scheduled during a project. - All group categories (including custom) are presented in the

section.
