Metric.ai properly maps projects and employees from Jira to augment analytics data. Time logs are pulled from Jira multiple times per day, as well as tasks and estimates.

How to connect
- Sign in to Metric.ai
- Select INTEGRATIONS from the left menu
- Click +NEW INTEGRATION button
- Select Jira from the list of integrations
- Authorize the Metric.ai app in Jira via server address (https://companyname.atlassian.net) with administrator's login and password
- Wait for couple hours (depends on the number of records) for the data to appear in Metric.ai
- Validate projects, employees, and logged time are synchronized correctly.
