Usually, there is only one client. But in Metric.ai any project could be connected to a number of clients and departments.
For example, you have a Standard Marketing Boost project and you don’t want to create that project each time for a new client. In that case connect multiple clients to the same project but specify the start and end dates for each client.
To add a client, click ADD+ button. To remove a client click red cross icon button on the right side. Don’t forget to save your changes.
Department group in the project works the same way as clients. Add a department to the project and specify the start and end dates to separate core activities. For example, you want to mark when the marketing team completed research for the product team:
Sorting is working by clicking on the column. It’s convenient to sort by date, but you can sort departments or clients by name also.
