How to Share
Note: Only the dashboard Owner can edit it and manage access to it.
- Open the dashboard you want to share (that you own).
- Click Share.
- Define Viewers:

- Select Everyone if you want to share with the entire organization.
- Select specific users if you want to share with particular individuals.

- You can reassign the Owner.

- Note: Changing the Owner will revoke your ability to edit the dashboard. Remember to add yourself as a Viewer if you still need access.

- Click Share.
Note: Rest assured, Dashboards are protected by permissions. This means that if a user doesn't have access to view certain metrics, such as "Labor Cost," those metrics will remain inaccessible to them, even if the Dashboard containing them is shared. Users without viewing permissions for a dashboard won't be able to see it, even if the dashboard was specifically shared with them.
